{"id":3062,"date":"2023-09-04T19:52:17","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T00:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mooredynasty.net\/?p=3062"},"modified":"2023-09-04T19:52:19","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T00:52:19","slug":"mons-salsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mooredynasty.net\/index.php\/2023\/09\/mons-salsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Mon&#8217;s Salsa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Step 1: Place the following in a large pot of water to boil until Roma tomatoes begin to peel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 Roma tomatoes<\/li><li>6 tomatillos<\/li><li>4-6 fresh jalapenos, stems removed<\/li><li>4-6 fresh serranos, stems removed<\/li><li>1 medium onion, cut in half<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Mix the following ingredients in blender<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 bunch cilantro, no need to chop<\/li><li>4 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules<\/li><li>2 tablespoons black pepper<\/li><li>1-2 teaspoons cayenne<\/li><li>2-3 tablespoons ground cumin<\/li><li>4 tablespoons minced garlic<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Drain items in pot and add to blender. This may have to be done in batches depending on the size of your blender. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4: Pour into canning jars and keep in refrigerator.
