Has it really been 17 months since my last disc golf ace? Apparently so. Thanks COVID! Anyhoo, using my trusty yellow Wahoo, I aced #13 at Research Park again tonight with Scott Johns as witness to this amazing display of disc throwing prowess. 🙂 No pic, sadly.
Here’s a real blast from the past. Perhaps Marc’s oldest existing school sports photo (bottom, 3rd from the left). Nice specs and red-and-black sweatbands!
Scored even from the blue tees ast Research Park again. I reckon the first time wasn’t a fluke after all. ???? Today I was helped by a 120 foot skip-in birdie on hole 10, which is a hard one.
Even from the long tees! It may be just a game, but I’m darn proud of this round. Only a handful of not-good throws and some good putts. Missed a couple too, so there’s potential to do even better. 🙂
Long front 9 features several 600′ holes and some big water hazards that are fine for swimming, as it turns out. The back is heavily wooded, as advertised, enough to frustrate better players than me. Tired arm after this one.
